Size:
Length - 45mm.
Identification: A bright green and
yellow treefrog with orange eyes and yellow lips. The belly is yellow and
the hind surface of thighs a rich purple to purple-brown.
Call/Song: The mating call is a long,
drawn-out, moaning "aaaare".

Coastal eastern Australia from Cape York to about Sydney.
Habitat: Common in lowlands - often
found clinging to leaves with its legs tucked tightly to body and eyes
closed.
Feeding:
Breeding/Nesting: Eggs are laid singly
or in small clumps. The tadpoles are dark and uniformly coloured.
