Size:
Length - 100mm.
Identification: A green or sometimes
brown treefrog with thick fleshy skin between the eyes and shoulders. The
snout is short and rounded.
Call/Song: The mating call is a deep
resonant "crow-k".

Widely
distributed and common througout most of eastern and northern Australia.
Habitat:
Found in an extremely wide variety of habitats and is commonly found around
human dwellings.
Feeding:
Breeding/Nesting: Eggs are laid in
large clumps on the surface of water - these progressively sink to the
bottom. The tadpoles are very large and dark green to dark grey-green.
